Goals
FreeNamed in your own words, with a season attached so they stop being vague.
Loops is a free ADHD app for goals, habits and getting things done. Goals, Loops, streaks, rest days, sharing, rewards and the journal cost nothing, with no trial clock. The only thing we charge for is the AI coach.
5-star reviews on the App Store

When you have goals you can see in an app and you work towards them in increments, Loops calls Loops, you find marking them as Done or Some infectious. Within a few days you start to care about your streak and you realise you have a system to achieve goals. The AI coach Dora - really useful - some great ideas for Loops and great advice to help with my sleeping.
I don't really write a lot of reviews but this app has really helped me. Once you get your head around loops and goals, it's great for tracking your progress and the ai is neat to
incredible app- really helping me organize my life! incredible for anybody with or without adhd
Opened my eyes to things I haven't been aware of
A nicely designed app that is very easy to use.
Thank you
A visual planner at £8 a month. A habit tracker at £4. Body doubling sessions at £6. A self-care app at £35 a year. Maybe an ADHD programme at £40 a month, which you signed up for in a hopeful week in January.
Most people we talk to are somewhere between £80 and £250 a year, spread across three or four apps, at least one of which they've stopped opening.
Tap the rows that match what you pay for now.
If it's free, how do we make money? One way: Dora, the AI coach, at £6.99 a month. Everything in this list stays free whether you pay for her or not. No ads, and we don't sell your data.
Why we can afford to do thisPrices checked 14 October 2026. Prices move, and they move upward. Check them yourself before you believe us.
ADHD programmes, coaching and therapy aren't on this list on purpose. Loops doesn't replace them, and neither does Dora.
Named in your own words, with a season attached so they stop being vague.
The small repeating steps that get you there. Daily, weekly, hours a week, or a one-off with a date on it.
Four rest days a month, taken without explaining yourself to anyone. Twenty minutes when you planned an hour still counts as twenty minutes, not nothing.
Your partner, a friend, your team, your coach. They see what you've done and can react to it. They don't pay either.
Ones you choose yourself, promised up front and collected when you've earned them.
What worked, what didn't and what you'll change.
Sharing is the part most apps either don't have or charge for. An accountability feature that costs your accountability partner money isn't an accountability feature.
Most people with ADHD end up juggling a planner, a habit tracker and a to-do list, and paying for at least two of them. Loops does the job of all three around one idea: the next step should be small enough to start.
ADHD rarely means not knowing what to do. More often the start doesn't happen, the plan slips out of mind halfway through, or one missed day turns into a missed month.
Loops is designed around those mechanisms: task initiation, working memory, all-or-nothing thinking, and a brain that responds to rewards it can see now rather than next year. You don't need a diagnosis to use it.
Rigid streaks are one of the main reasons people give up on habit apps. Miss one day and the whole thing feels broken.
Loops streaks come with four rest days a month and count partial progress, so twenty minutes still counts when you planned an hour. Daily, weekly and hours-a-week habits all work, and none of it costs anything.
A longer to-do list doesn't help if the first item never gets started.
Loops turns each goal into the smallest honest next step, then shares your progress with a buddy who can cheer it on. It works for work projects, admin, study and the side project you keep meaning to finish, whether or not you have ADHD.
Goals are more likely to happen when someone is in it with you: a buddy, your family, a group. Each person you share with joins Loops too, and free means nobody pays just to cheer you on.
When people bring each other in, we spend far less on advertising. Giving the core away costs us less than buying your attention would.
Once you've used everything else, Dora is where Loops comes into its own, and we think £6.99 a month is very good value. If you don't, don't pay for her. Everything else keeps working.
Share your Loops, and you're more likely to achieve them. It's why having a coach, tutor, manager, or sponsor works. Your corner sees the Loops you close, and they can send a reaction or a message back.
It makes such a difference. They never see the days you missed.
Who are you going to Loop with?
One or two people you actually trust. Invite them with a code, remove them whenever you like.
They see a Loop you've closed and tap a reaction. That's the whole job. Nothing to manage on their side.
Share every goal or pick them one by one. Unshare and the updates stop.

She knows your goals, your Loops and, if you let her, your journal, so she doesn't start every conversation cold and you never have to explain yourself from the beginning. Ask her what to do next when the step isn't obvious. Talk to her about how it's going when it isn't going well.
You get two credits a month free to find out whether that's worth anything to you. After that she's £6.99 a month.
That's the whole business model. We're not holding your streaks hostage or putting your own data behind a paywall. The AI has a real cost per message in a way that a streak counter doesn't, so the AI is the thing we charge for.
Dora knows a lot about ADHD, but she isn't ADHD support. She's not a coach, a clinician or a therapist, and she isn't a replacement for any of them, or for the people in your life. Think of her as help with the next step, not help with your ADHD.

“I tried Dora for the first time just before a holiday, when packing, checking in, choosing a plane seat and sorting care for the dogs had all started to feel overwhelming.
She helped me clear my head, work out what was actually important and break everything into manageable steps, including a simple packing list. It made such a difference. I felt much calmer, far more organised and genuinely able to look forward to the holiday again.”
This is a page on our own website, so treat it accordingly. But you should know which.
Does visual timelines better than we do. If your core problem is time blindness, and you need to see the shape of your day laid out in calendar blocks, Tiimo is worth the £8 a month and we don't do that at all.
Breaks a task into steps better than almost anything, including us. Use it alongside Loops rather than instead of it.
Puts you on video with a stranger for 25 minutes, and some people need exactly that. Our sharing is asynchronous, which is a different thing. If a face on a screen at 9am is what makes you start, pay them.
Free, open source, and has a community we can't match. If the role-playing game layer works on your brain, nothing we've built will replace it.
And if you're working with a human ADHD coach, keep working with your human coach. Dora is an AI. She'll tell you so herself.
Free. Goals, Loops, streaks, rest days, sharing and the journal are the product, and they stay free. If that changes for existing users we'll tell you well before it does, and we'd rather not.
Everything else carries on working exactly as it did. Nothing locks, nothing is deleted, no countdown appears.
No. Dora is an AI that knows a lot about ADHD and helps you work out a next step. She isn't ADHD support, and she isn't a replacement for a coach, a clinician, a therapist or the people around you.
No. They download Loops, they see your progress, they cheer. Free.
No. There are no ads and no data sales. Dora's memory is yours to read, edit and delete.
No. There's no clock running.
It's built around the things that make ADHD hard day to day: starting, remembering, recovering from a missed day and staying motivated. Almost all of it is free, and you don't need a diagnosis to use it.
Yes. Habit tracking, streaks, four rest days a month and partial progress are all free, for daily, weekly or hours-a-week habits.
Yes. Loops is designed for ADHD and works for everyone. If big to-do lists are hard to start, the small-step approach helps either way, and it's free.
Loops was made by people who coach others with ADHD, live with ADHD themselves, and know goal setting inside out. Everything they've learned about what really helps has gone into the app.
Loops works in layers. It starts by breaking your goal into small, doable Loops, each one moving you towards something bigger.
Then your Buddy keeps you going, through gentle encouragement rather than pressure. And because the ADHD brain responds well to rewards, you earn ones that actually mean something.
Then there's Dora, an AI coach who truly gets ADHD, ready with Loop ideas and support whenever you need her.
And it stays quiet. Three notifications a day at most, rest days when you need them, and no guilt when life gets in the way.
No. Loops never asks for a diagnosis. It asks what you're trying to do, then helps you build the small daily actions that get you there.
Whether you were assessed and told it isn't ADHD, you're still waiting, or you've never joined the queue at all, the struggle is the same. Starting things, staying consistent, getting back up after a wobble.
Reports says support should be needs-led and shouldn't rely on or require a clinician-provided diagnosis. In plain terms, if someone is struggling, help them based on their needs. That's how Loops has worked from day one.
Why Loops works for everyoneDora uses credits to give you advice. Longer conversations and more context, which includes previous chats, your Loops and your goals, use more credits in computing power. Loops Solo gives you 100 coach messages a month, and Free gives you 30. Unused messages don't roll over, they just reset each month. If you run out before then, you can top up with a one-off pack, and those credits never expire. To save credits, start new chats for new topics, and manage what Dora remembers about you. That's available to you at all times.
You can try Loops free for 7 days.
Yes. Cancel any time. No questions, no friction. Annual plans cancelled in the first 30 days get a full refund.
No. Your Buddy only sees the Loops you've closed and the streaks you've built. Your journal and your conversations with Dora stay private to you.
No. Your conversations, journal entries and personal data are never used to train AI models. They're used to coach you. You can see and delete what Dora is learning about you in your admin at any time. Total transparency. That's the whole architecture.
Loops is not a replacement for professional therapy or the right human coach. Dora has been trained to understand ADHD and the ADHD mind, along with the best ways to pursue and achieve the goals people set. That combination will be genuinely useful to you. She's also been trained to know where the boundaries are, and when you need to talk to a person.
It's coming soon, promise.
Then cancel something.
